Okay, NOW THIS is funny. Most of us agree that there are big questions about who is running the show at the White House. So much so that even Google was caught making some adjustments to the answer on Saturday morning. Or so it seemed.
Richard Grenell, a former acting director of national intelligence, turned potential Republican candidate for governor of California, gleefully seized on an error by Google on Saturday, promising “a plethora of executive orders” after the search giant listed him as “President of the United States since 2021”.
“An error”??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
That’s quite an error. Who does that?
By lunchtime on the east coast on Saturday, Google had fixed its mistake.
“A mistake”??? Come on now, was Google hacked? Who knows, maybe it was Biden slipping on few banana peels as he ran up the steps of Air Force One that threw everyone off, even Google. Or maybe it was the “high winds” that pushed over the house of cards.
Anyhow, this little glitch happened for a few hours, and the best part was the troll response that ensued.
The Biden nightmare is over.
Google has anointed @RichardGrenell, and Google is never wrong.
Trust me. I Googled it. https://t.co/Y6ipfLuqGY

Apparently Google thinks Richard Grenell is now the President.
Kidding aside, the American People deserve to know far more about what’s really going on in the Biden Administration. pic.twitter.com/ZzEh3JyyDN

And Grenell had some fun “writing a plethora of Executive Orders” during his time as President.
I will run up the stairs without tripping and then announce a plethora of Executive Orders. Stay tuned. https://t.co/CGkexORsiB

I hereby order an LNG terminal to be built ASAP on the West Coast of the United States (preferably in California). https://t.co/cIY3cOb2Fc

I hereby order multiple desalinization plants to be built in California.
And I also hereby order new Nuclear power plants to be built in California.
Oh, and Eric Swalwell hereby loses his security clearance. https://t.co/pznALaY8Mo

It was all short-lived but delicious to watch. As they say, a little humor is the best medicine.
Hey Google, has the search on “Who is President of The United States” been a big thing lately? After all, there are crap tons of people out here, outside the walls surrounding the Capitol area in D.C., searching for that answer.
Fascinating.
So who is running the show at the White House, anyway? Wink.
