Transgender Person Arrested for Shooting a Woman Three Times as She Sat in a Car

US — Montgomery, Alabama. A man who self-identifies as a woman was arrested on January 27 after allegedly firing multiple rounds into a vehicle, striking a woman three times.

According to court documents, Curtis Jermale Foxhall shot into the driver side of a Nissan Altima at around 6:30 PM on Tuesday, January 26.

A woman who was sitting in the car at the time of the shooting sustained gunshot wounds to the forearm and arm, and a graze to the temple.

A warranted was executed that night.

Mr Foxhall was detained at the Montgomery County Detention Facility the following day on charges of attempted murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle.

A judge set bond at $90,000.

The suspect’s personal Facebook account shows that he refers to himself using ‘she’ and ‘her’ pronouns.
