UK — Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Geordie Chasers, a UK child safety team dedicated to raising awareness and deter sexual predators from interacting with children online, revealed earlier this month that a transgender child rapist is serving a prison sentence of four years and eight months for child rape.
According to the predator watch group, Michael John Farrow was jailed in September 2019 for the rape of a child who was under the age of 13-years-old at the time of the incident.
The child rapist, who is male and identifies as a woman, changed his name to Louise Ritson following the arrest, the group revealed. For his safety, placed into Holme House Prison, a Category C men’s prison in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England, separate from the general prison population.
Geordie Chasers says the crime against the child came to light while police were investigating another member of the Farrow family for sex crimes.
John Farrow, the 33-year-old brother of the man now known as Louise, was convicted last April of climbing into his aunt’s bed in Suderland and starting to rape her as she slept. The attacker stopped when she ordered him to, but she sustained painful injuries. He was sentenced to eight years and 10 months.
Brothers Louise and John are not the only Farrow men who have demonstrated sex criminality, Geordie Chasers notes.
Louise’s 61-year-old stepfather, who is also named John Farrow, pleaded guilty last year to charges of Attempting To Incite A Child Into Sexual Activity and Engaging In Sexual Communication With A Child after he was found to be exchanging messages on June 7 with pedophile hunters posing as a 14-year-old girl.
David Farrow, brother to the senior John Farrow and uncle to Louise, was sentenced to six years of prison in 2010 at the age of 45 after it was found that he had subjected a 14-year-old schoolgirl to repeat statutory rapes for a two-year period beginning in 2007. David Farrow also had a prior conviction for sex crimes against an underage girl.
